What is Previews?
Previews is a free browser extension for Twitch, YouTube, and Kick that adds live hover previews to every channel in your sidebar - so you can see what's happening on a stream before you click. How to install Previews
- Click Get Previews On at the top of the page and confirm the install in your browser.
- Open Twitch, YouTube, or Kick - refresh any tabs you already have open.

How do I fix Twitch error #2000 (or #1000, #3000, #4000, #5000)?
Previews has a built-in Auto Refresh on Player Errors feature that automatically refreshes the Twitch player when these errors happen. The companion Prevent Auto Video Quality Change feature stops 99% of #1000 and #2000 errors before they occur - Twitch triggers them when it tries to lower video quality on tabs in the background.
Why does Twitch keep dropping my video quality?
Twitch automatically reduces video quality when a tab is in the background. Previews includes a Prevent Auto Video Quality Change feature that stops this from happening, plus an Auto Set Player Quality feature that enforces your preferred quality on every channel and page load.
Can I customize the keyboard shortcuts?
